BE CAREFUL !
My sister and I rented two rooms. And hotel tried to add the cost of a safe to both rooms, and they even showed us a receipt for that... But it wasn't our signature. So be careful and check twice what you pay for in the end !! Also you will pay for all drinks like sprite, cola etc during dinner. I recommend keep all receipt you have signed and check that with payment in the end of your stay. It was big problem to get answer of prices, the staffs was not nice, and they don't want speak English, except for a women named Ana, she was very kind, and helpful.

What was the highlight of Grupotel Orient Mallorca
All round, we enjoyed our stay. Better management of anti social behaviour required. Buffet was comprehensive.
Staff, cleanliness, food was good and varied. Location great.
The noise of young people . I recommend a quiet floor to be offered. Beds are too hard. It’s like sleeping on the floor. The young adults were not around the pool at the expense of others. More signage and clamping down on anti social music/messing around by pool required. Accommodation floors should have quiet floors or signs to confirm no noice after midnight - and enforce it.
